Our Family Day Mini Sessions are a great way for you to get family photos you have always hoped for! Photos and memories that will last a lifetime!

Each photo session is conducted at a pre-selected local park, beach, or popular fun location, and lasts up to 30 minutes. Our goal is to get about 30 great shots for you that will be professionally edited, and provided on a high resolution photo CD! Unlike with most studios, you own the copyrights to every image on the CD, and can copy, e-mail, share, and print without limit... and at tremendous savings. You can print up to 30x40 with the included files! To reserve your family photo session, and lock in your time with a Family Tree photographer, we require an advance payment, in full. So please choose your sessions carefully and make sure all family members will be able to make it in advance!

Because this is a special, limited availability promotion, your payment can not be refunded if you are unable to make it to your session, so please make your reservation carefully! We will however, gladly reschedule your shoot if a last minute emergency occurs, that causes you to miss your session. First we need to know where you're at!

Our photographers are all carefully selected professionals, and we guarantee your satisfaction! In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your images, we will happily reschedule a photo session with your family at no cost to you! In the extremely rare instance that after two sessions you are still not satisfied, you will be offered a full 100% refund!

Terms & Conditions	Client agrees to show up for their appointment at the date and time indicated above. Payment is due in full to reserve a date in the Family Tree Photographer calendar. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee entitles client to all monies paid, limit to $149 for the session fee, and must be declared before client receives any purchased digital or print images. Offer is void once client orders or receives prints or digital files from their session and all images will be removed promptly from their online viewing gallery. Client is aware of, and accepts all risks of danger or physical injury on public locations such as parks, trails, near lakes and any other natural or man-made setting. Family Tree Photographers is not responsible for injury, death, loss or damage of personal belongings, including the loss or death of pets, at the photo shoot location. In the unlikely event, due to weather, communication, logistics, transportation or any other issue that may result in either party, client or photographer, to become absent or more than 15 minutes late to the session, client agrees that the session shall be re-scheduled promptly by Family Tree Photographers and can not be claimed as "dis-satisfaction" per the Never Say Cheese Satisfaction Guarantee. "Satisfaction" refers to the clients opinion of the images created during a session. Client's failure to agree to a re-schedule of a session does not earn a refund. In the event that Family Tree Photographers is unable to provide a re-schedule due to a missed session, client will be offered a full refund of their purchase price. Client agrees that sessions can only be scheduled during hours of daylight, as all Family Tree Photographer sessions are outdoors. I agree that I own all rights to my photo session images, however I agree to allow Family Tree Photographers to use any of our photos for their marketing needs in the form of web use, print, email promotions and any other use as needed.
